Terms of Service for Chroma Echo: Memory Game

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Chroma Echo: Memory Game ("the app"), published by COACHING ADDS UP LTD, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The App
The app is a single-player memory game. You watch a sequence of colored pads light up and repeat it back. It is provided free of charge, works entirely offline, and contains no advertisements, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
5. Your Data
The app stores your best score locally on your device and collects nothing else. See our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for your device and its data; we cannot recover a score lost by uninstalling the app, resetting your data, or changing devices.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, artwork, and code, is owned by COACHING ADDS UP LTD and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
7. No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app. Because the app is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed zero (or the minimum amount required by applicable law).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend your licence if you breach these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
